The LEAD Executive Council oversees company operations and makes the strategic and policy decisions that bring our vision to life. The council is currently comprised for four members, all of whom bring their own knowledge and experiences to offer a diverse set of opinions and viewpoints.
Doug Rubinchak, Chief Executive Officer
Doug Rubinchak founded and organized LEAD Endeavors in January 2017. As the CEO for LEAD, Doug heads the Executive Council and oversees all company operations. He is a career intelligence professional, having supported the U.S. Intelligence Community since 2003. Doug has served as an analyst and program manager on multiple intelligence programs and during three overseas deployments. He holds an MBA and previously served as a paratrooper and jumpmaster in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division.

Tammy Daniels, Chief Operations Officer
As the COO for LEAD, Tammy Daniels oversees the technical and financial performance of the company's programs and portfolios. Tammy served in the U.S. Navy for over 15 years, deployed to sea multiple times, and was also a part of multiple land mobilizations. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Program Management from Colorado State University, is PMP certified, and is an active member of the Augusta/Aiken chapter of the Project Management Institute.

As the CGO for LEAD, Brad Michaels oversees the company's strategic growth plan and builds its opportunity pipelines. He also serves as the site lead for company employees in Maryland, Utah, and Alaska. Brad previously served in the U.S. Air Force and has supported intelligence operations on multiple deployments.

Laurie Rubinchak, Chief Administrative Officer
As the CAO for LEAD, Laurie Rubinchak oversees employee experience, which includes drafting, implementing, and enforcing the company policies that ensure focus on Total Quality of Life for the team.
